Home Products Filter cartridges For liquids ECOSORB

ECOSORB based on activated charcoal

Technical mark EFP-312-L/S

Ecosorb is designed for sorption cleaning from dissolved impurities.

Construction and materials

Filters comprise 250 mm columns designed similarly to traditional bulk filter columns. The internal cylindrical space is filled with granulated charcoal with particle size 0.6-1.7 mm (12*30 mesh). Composite columns 500, 750, and 1000 mm high can be made based on columns 250 mm high. The sorption capacity of a composite column is increased in proportion to the number of 250 mm columns. Ecosorb has high sorption capacity for active chlorine, organic and inorganic dissolved impurities, and can be used for improvement of organoleptic properties of water and beverages, cleaning and decolouration of pharmaceutical liquids and chemical agents.

The potential for use of activated charcoals of various grades and grain size compositions makes it possible to select an optimal solution for different tasks. Silver introduced in the composition of activated charcoal has bactericidal effect and prevents microorganisms development.
