The use of microfiltration in the production of low-alcohol and non-alcoholic products can significantly improve the quality of beverages, increase their rozlivostoykost, avoid ingress of mechanical impurities in the products produced.

It is advisable to install a fine filter as close as possible to the point of use of the bottling machine.

There are three options for equipment placement:

  1. After the saturator. This option can be realized if the filling machine is equipped with a buffer tank and the back pressure is maintained in the line.
  2. Before the saturator, but after the pump of the saturator, if back pressure is not supported in the line and there is a possibility of destruction of coherent carbon dioxide.
  3. Before the saturator pump, when serving non-carbonated drink. In this case, the system is equipped with a filtration unit.

When using the pressure generated by the saturator pump, it is proposed to use a one or two-stage filtration system. The choice of filter housings is determined by the performance of the line.

HOUSING EQUIPMENT

A wide range of filtration systems of the "CASCADE" series, designed to work in bottling lines with a capacity from 1.5 to 18 thousand bottles per hour and for soUFenir filling stations, are proposed.

Filtration units can be of one-, two- or three-stage execution and equipped with a pump to provide the necessary pressure and complete development of the service life of the filter elements. Pump binding provides a bypass line with the ability to smoothly adjust the performance of the filtration system and pressure drop across the filter elements.

Filtration units are also available, equipped with an electronic control unit that allows automatic monitoring of the filtration process. The basic version provides for the automatic maintenance of a predetermined pressure at the outlet of the filtration system and the control of the presence of liquid in the supply pipeline (protection against dry operation).

Additional features:

At the request of the Customer, the level of automation can be expanded by controlling the degree of blocking of filter elements at each filtering cascade, taking into account the life of filter elements, a graphic display of the filtering process, etc.

To filter clear unpainted drinks

ECOPLEN-F

EFP-400 brand

Corrugated, based on a fluoroplastic filter film — 4. Lint removal is excluded. Almost absolute chemical resistance. The large surface area provides a high service life. Working temperature is 120°C.

For «polishing» filtering transparent unpainted drinks

The life of the filter elements largely depends on the correctness of the choice of filtration system (selection of materials and filtration ratings).

FILTRATION OF SUGAR SYRUP

For mechanical and sedative filtering of sugar syrups, the settings of the brand "CASCADE" are used. As a coarse filter, ECOSTIL elements based on stainless mesh or ECOPLEN elements based on polyethylene are used. Clarifying and providing filtering is carried out with the help of EKOSTEK elements based on fiberglass and membrane elements of the brand EKOPOR.

ADDITIONAL OBNINSK FILTERS GROUP IN THE LIQUE-VODOROCHNOY INDUSTRY SOLVES THE FOLLOWING TASKS:

  • Filtration of alcohol during acceptance from transport tanks or alcohol storage
  • Filtering sorting in order to remove particles of activated carbon that have migrated from coal columns (barrier filter);
