Filtering elements ECOPOR-F42-L are designed for removal of particles larger than 0.45 μm from liquid media at temperatures from -5 to 80°C. Mainly used for fine clarifying and de-filtering filtration of liquids, including aggressive liquids, in various industries.
The filter material is a hydrophilic porous support membrane made of fluoroplastic-42.
The filtering material, together with the external and internal drainage layers made of non-woven thermally bonded polypropylene, is laid in the form of a hollow cylindrical corrugated package with a height of 250 mm and is placed between the outer and inner perforated frames.
Elements of height 500, 750 or 1000 mm are obtained by welding 2, 3 or 4 elements with a height of 250 mm through the transition parts. Elements of any height can be made both in a deadlock and through execution. The end and transitional parts, outer and inner perforated frames of the elements are made of monolithic polypropylene and hermetically welded to the ends of the corrugated package. The particle retention efficiency is not less than 99.996% with the recommended fluid flow rate.
The high selectivity of the fluoroplastic membrane, due to the narrow pore distribution, ensures high filtration efficiency.
High hydrophilicity and porosity of the fluoroplastic-42 membrane provide low resistance and high performance of the ECOPOR-F42 elements.
A large filtration area provides a high service life. The fluoroplastic-42 membrane has low sorption properties.
High thermochemical resistance of the fluoroplastic-42 membrane allows the use of ECOPOR-F42 elements for filtration of a wide range of liquids at normal and elevated temperatures, and also conduct chemical regeneration.
