Made in the form of multi-layered hollow cylinders of particular geometry, which are offered by us at the filtration market as depth filtering elements. New poroplasts ECOPLEN-F and ECOPLEN-PE in the form of porous films are marketed by us as low-selective membranes. In the course of filtration, such membranes retain particles mainly on their surface (screen retention mechanism); however, due to sufficiently wide distribution of pore sizes, particles can be also retained in the volume (depth retention mechanism). Poroplasts can be used as aerators, pressure compensators, breathing partitions, porous media, and for other purposes connected with permeability of materials.

The material is sheet or cylindrical porous blanks from Russian raw materials – suspension polytetrafluoroethylene powder (PTFE, grade F-4, GOST 10007-80) without any additives or fillers. Sheet blanks can have dimensions up to 500x500 mm with thickness up to 20 mm, cylindrical blanks can have a diameter up to 120 mm, height up to 250 mm. The production technology of the material has been developed and improved at our enterprise for 17 years. It is based on the principles of powder technology with its basic principle of isostatic pressing. Thermal bonding of the porous structure occurs during sintering in an inert atmosphere at 380°C in special molds. The characteristics of the porous structure of the material are governed by the dispersion of PTFE powder and pressing pressure. |

The material is a hydrophobic porous film from Russian raw materials – suspension polytetrafluoroethylene powder (PTFE, grade F-4, GOST 10007-80) without any additives and fillers. The material is made in the form of a continuous web 280 mm wide and 0.3 mm thick (films from 0.1 to 0.8 mm thick can be produced). The production technology of the film was developed and implemented in our company; we have no data on the existence of such a technology for the processing of PTFE either in Russia or abroad. This technology combines the principles of wet paper making and the principles of powder technology. Sintering with thermal bonding of the porous structure occurs at 380°C. The characteristics of the porous structure of the material are governed by the dispersion of PTFE powder. |
The material is a hydrophobic porous film from Russian raw materials of ultrahigh-molecular polyethylene powder (UHMWPE TU 2211-068-05796653-98) without any additives or fillers. The material is made in the form of a continuous web 260 mm wide and 1 mm thick (films with a thickness from 0.3 to 2 mm can be produced). Production technology developed and implemented in our company. This technology combines the principles of dry paper production and the principles of powder technology. Sintering with thermal bonding of the porous structure occurs at 180°C. The characteristics of the porous structure of the material are governed by the dispersion of the UHMWPE powder. On the one hand, the film has an almost perfectly smooth surface, on the opposite side, the film may have a profiled surface. |
