The task of improving the quality of vodka, imparting crystal clarity and characteristic glossy shine, allows us to solve the use of microfiltration at the finishing stage of production, just before bottling.
A wide range of EXPRESS-CRYSTAL filtration units are proposed, designed to work in bottling lines with a capacity from 1.5 to 18 thousand bottles per hour, as well as for soUFenir filling stations.
Filtration units can be of one or two stage execution and are equipped with a pump to provide the necessary pressure and full development of the service life of the filter elements. Pump binding provides a bypass line with the ability to smoothly adjust the performance of the filtration system and pressure drop across the filter elements.
Filtration systems are also available, equipped with an electronic control unit that allows you to automatically monitor the filtration process. The basic version provides for the automatic maintenance of a predetermined pressure at the outlet of the filtration system and the control of the presence of liquid in the supply pipeline (protection against dry operation).
At the request of the Customer, the level of automation can be expanded by controlling the degree of blocking of filter elements at each filtering stage, taking into account the life of the filtering elements, a graphic display of the filtering process, etc.
In addition to industrial filtration plants, small-sized filtration plants are produced for soUFenir filling lines with a capacity of up to 100 dal per hour. The installation can be used as a laboratory for testing blends, as well as for re-filtering « clean » rejects, filtering ingredients, etc.

Filter elements for vodka can be installed in the filter housings from other manufacturers. For the final stage of filtration, it is proposed to use filter elements made of fluoroplast-4 (trademark ECOPLAST-F or ECOPLEN-F) with a retention threshold of 1 micron.
As a pre-filter, filter elements with a particle retention threshold of 5–10 µm are recommended.
All filter elements are inert with respect to water-alcohol emissions, do not emit any impurities in the filtrate, can be partially regenerated and reused (up to 10 - 15 times).
Hygienic certificates for use in the food industry have been obtained for all products.
