Purification of compressed air, carbon dioxide, nitrogen and other gases
To obtain guaranteed sterile gases, it is recommended to use a two-three-stage cascade cleaning system. At the first stage, filters of the brand ECOPLEN-F are installed from a hydrophobic filtering material - fluoroplast-4 (analogue of Teflon), which allow to most effectively remove water and oil vapors.
If necessary, the removal of extraneous odors is carried out with the help of ECOSORB sorption filters based on activated carbon impregnated with silver. Final cleaning should be done as close as possible to the points of use to prevent re-contamination. Sterilizing gas filtration is performed using ECOPOR-F membrane filters with a pore size of 0.2 μm, which guarantees 100% retention of microbiological contaminants. The filter life is from 3 to 12 months, depending on the initial pollution of the gas.
All offered filter elements withstand temperatures up to 134°C, which allows them to be steamed in a line without dismantling the system. There is a possibility of their repeated regeneration and reuse. Filters can be installed in filter housings from other manufacturers.
Sterile breathing filters
To prevent product contamination and foreign microflora from entering each tank, ECOPLEN-F breathing filters are installed on the basis of a fluoroplastic-4 membrane in a stainless steel filter housing. Filters can be steamed with containers without limiting the number of sterilization cycles.
Steam cleaning
Steam is an aggressive medium and contains inclusions in the form of scale, soot, moisture vapor and oil. Steam cleaning is carried out using hydrophobic filters ECOPLAST-F from fluoroplast-4. The operating temperature of the filter elements is up to 170°C.
To clean the steam Obninsk Filters Group produces a series of filter housings of a special design, having a condensate collector with a drain valve and with polyurethane foam thermal protection, the choice of which depends on the volume (mass) gas flow.
Purification of water and cleaning solutions
For the purification of water and washing solutions, systems with a capacity of 100 l/h to 50 m3/h are offered, allowing water to be cleaned of colloidal iron, clarified and receive a sterile liquid. The ECOPLEN-PE and ECOSTEK prefilters have a long service life, guarantee high filtration quality, and can be subjected to chemical regeneration. For sterile filtration membrane filters are used brand ECOPOR with a pore size of 0.2 microns. Depending on the required performance, we can offer filter housings made of stainless steel AISI 304 and AISI 316L for one or several filter elements.
