1. Deep-type filter elements based on polytetrafluoroethylene of the brand fluoroplast-4 of the trade mark EFP-110. The element is made entirely of polytetrafluoroethylene (F-4, GOST 10007-80) without any additives or fillers. The working temperature of the filter elements ECOPLAST-FEP-F is up to 150°C. Fluoroplast filter elements can be regenerated by washing with any detergent and alkaline solutions, followed by drying. Filter elements ECOPLAST-FEP-F are made with various geometrical sizes:
The maximum thermochemical resistance of porous polytetrafluoroethylene filtering elements makes it possible to use the ECOPLAST-FEP-F elements for filtering aggressive and highly aggressive liquids (oils) at temperatures from -40 to + 150°С. Filter elements of the brand Ecoplast-FEP-F can be used on oil purification plants of the type UVM, MTsU, FUM-A and FTO-10. Filter elements of the brand ECOPLAST-FEP-F most commonly used as filters for industrial oils.

2. Stainless mesh filter elements EFP-222- … with a particle retention rating of 5 to 70 microns also worked well as effective filters for industrial oils. Stainless mesh filter elements are cartridge-type filter modules, in which stainless mesh is stretched on a frame of perforated stainless pipe. The outer diameter of the filter element is 65 or 150 mm, height up to 1000 mm. Stainless mesh elements can be easily regenerated by flushing them back with a purified alkali solution or an organic solvent, steaming with live steam at temperatures up to 300°C, using mechanical and chemical cleaning methods.
3. Filter elements from ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene mark EFP-101- … with a particle retention rating from 1 to 20 microns. Polyethylene filter elements are cartridge-type filter modules, in which the total porosity and pore size decrease from the outer layers to the inner layers. The outer diameter of the filter element is 70 mm, the internal one is – 30 mm, height up to 1000 mm. Elements of high molecular weight polyethylene can be partially regenerated (up to 15 times), washing them back with a purified alkaline solution or an organic solvent, using other chemical cleaning methods. Can be used as filters for cleaning both organic and mineral oils.
4. Fluoroplast filter elements-4 marks EFP-100- … with a particle retention rating of 0.2 to 10 microns. Fluoroplastic filter elements are cartridge-type filter modules in which the total porosity and pore size decrease from the outer to the inner layers. The outer diameter of the filter element is 65 mm, the internal one is – 20 mm, height up to 1000 mm. PTFE elements can be partially regenerated (up to 5 times) by washing them back with a purified alkaline solution or an organic solvent, steaming with live steam with temperatures up to 150 ° C, using other chemical cleaning methods.
Fluoroplastic filter elements have a higher particle retention efficiency (at 99%) with respect to polyethylene elements, the retention efficiency of which is of the order of 98% and of stainless mesh elements whose efficiency is of the order of 95%.
All filter elements have a working pressure of up to 6 atm. They are made entirely of Russian-made materials at the production facilities of our company.
