It is advisable to install a fine filter as close as possible to the point of use of the bottling machine.

When using the pressure generated by the saturator pump, it is proposed to use a one or two-stage filtration system. The choice of filter housings is determined by the performance of the line.
A wide range of filtration systems of the "CASCADE" series, designed to work in bottling lines with a capacity from 1.5 to 18 thousand bottles per hour and for soUFenir filling stations, are proposed.
Filtration units can be of one-, two- or three-stage execution and equipped with a pump to provide the necessary pressure and complete development of the service life of the filter elements. Pump binding provides a bypass line with the ability to smoothly adjust the performance of the filtration system and pressure drop across the filter elements.
Filtration units are also available, equipped with an electronic control unit that allows automatic monitoring of the filtration process. The basic version provides for the automatic maintenance of a predetermined pressure at the outlet of the filtration system and the control of the presence of liquid in the supply pipeline (protection against dry operation).
At the request of the Customer, the level of automation can be expanded by controlling the degree of blocking of filter elements at each filtering cascade, taking into account the life of filter elements, a graphic display of the filtering process, etc.

For mechanical and sedative filtering of sugar syrups, the settings of the brand "CASCADE" are used. As a coarse filter, ECOSTIL elements based on stainless mesh or ECOPLEN elements based on polyethylene are used. Clarifying and providing filtering is carried out with the help of EKOSTEK elements based on fiberglass and membrane elements of the brand EKOPOR.
