Holders of cartridge filter elements for gases
Appointment
Filter holders are designed for loading the cartridge, disc or pocket filter elements, both domestic and foreign production, and are used for filtration of neutral and aggressive liquid and gaseous media from mechanical and colloid particles. For cartridge filter elements, single-cartridge filter holders (for the installation of one filter element with a height of 130 to 750 mm) and multi-cartridge filter holders (for parallel installation in one housing of several cartridge filter elements with a height of 250 to 1000 mm) are manufactured.
Materials
Single-cartridge filter holders are made of the following materials:
* polypropylene of brand 21060-016 (GOST 26996-86),
• fluoroplastic-4 (GOST 10007-80),
• stainless steel 12X18H10T (GOST 5632-72, or AISI 304) or steel AISI 316L.
All multi-cartridge filter holders are made only of stainless steel grade 12X18H10T (GOST 5632-72, or AISI 304) or steel grade AISI 316L.
Depending on the conditions of filtration, the customer is recommended the best version of the filter holders.
Installation
Filter holders can be mounted either on rigidly connected pipelines attached to the base of the holder. If flexible pipes are used, installed permanently on the floor on the legs, or mounted with a special bracket to the wall. Connection of pipelines to the filter holder is carried out by means of quick-detachable cone-flange connection of the TRI-CLAMP type, threaded or coupling connection.
Hygienic and sanitary-chemical treatment
Filter holders made of polypropylene and stainless steel can be subjected to any method of hygienic and sanitary-chemical treatment according to MU-287-113, including acute steam treatment. Filter holders made of polypropylene withstand sanitary and chemical treatment with hot water or treatment with a 6 percent solution of hydrogen peroxide.

Holders of cartridge filter elements for gases and steam
(1), which has from 1 to 5 seats for filter elements (3), and a cylindrical body (2). The base has an elliptical bottom, which acts as a condensate collector. A condensate drain pipe is welded to the bottom. At the request of the Customer, steam filter holders can be manufactured with thermal protection of polyurethane foam (4).
