On the basis of commercially available enterprise filter holders manufactured filtration units of various modifications, which are equipped with electric pumps and shut-off and control valves. Automatic filtration units are equipped with electronic sensors and a control unit.
The use of installations allows to coordinate the work of individual technological units, to exclude the influence of the human factor on the critical points of filtration, to avoid water hammer and to save on consumables.
Filtration units are designed for filtration of food and non-food liquids compatible with filter element material and stainless steel.
Filtration units are a prefabricated structure, made of stainless steel and consist of one or more filter holders, electric pump and shut-off and control valves mounted on a single frame. The filtered medium enters the inlet pipe of the installation and through the shut-off valve into the suction pipe of the centrifugal electric pump which pumps it through the filter holder(Li) with cartridge filter elements installed in them. To adjust the performance and pressure, there is a bypass line circuit with an adjusting valve.
Automatic filtration units are composed of an electronic frequency controller (phase inverter) to control the pump, pneumatic hydraulic compensator and electronic sensors. The unit can operate in constant pressure or constant flow at the outlet. The presence of a pneumatic hydraulic compensator allows damping the water hammer at the start and stop of the pump, which has a positive effect on the operation of not only the entire filtration system, but also the equipment standing before and after it. The level sensor controls the presence of liquid in the supply line (to protect the pump from "dry" running). There are additional options for completing automatic installations.
Basic modifications of the units are provided in the manufacture. The complete set at the request of the Customer is possible.
